Parent to Parent and SOAR hosted our first Breakfast with Santa on December 14th at Blue Mountain Community Church. We are so blessed to have a partnership with the church as they have such a great space to rent with a huge kitchen. The space looked like a winter wonderland with Christmas themed blow ups, photo couch with a tree and many decorations to make it cozy. We put out coloring, stickers and games for the kids to play while waiting to get their picture with Santa. Tash, David, Jillian and Jasmine made pancakes, sausage, hot cocoa and orange juice while families were able to visit with one another and connect. Santa was a big hit with all!
Since 2017, we have been acknowledging and celebrating those in our community who make a difference by going above and beyond for people with disabilities.
