On a warm October day, the kids playgroup met at the Klicker’s Pumpkin Patch where kids could climb the hay bales and slide down the slide while parents were able to visit and take photos of their children. We had such a great turnout and the kids were so excited to pick out a pumpkin from the large to small pumpkins and all sizes in between. The kids were entertained by the hay bales and the slide and the ability to run around in a safe environment. Thank you to Klicker’s for giving us half off the pumpkins that were bought. Great connections were made between parents, and new parents in attendance were made to feel welcome and know WWVDN is a place to find belonging.
